Yoga is an ancient discipline that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being by bringing balance and health to the body, mind, and spirit.
Obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, depression, substance abuse, and cardiovascular disease are all diseases that can be cured by practicing yoga on a regular basis.
Yoga classes are held on a regular basis for our CCET hostel students in order to keep them fit and healthy.

Wellness Sessions - Staff
Chettinad College of Engineering and Technology conducts Wellness Sessions for the health and wellbeing of our faculty members, to keep their minds and body fresh and active.
